Requests for help can be managed at all hours of the day every week of the year. A staff member first listens to the woman in distress to find out what her needs are. If Le Chaînon is able to fulfill those needs in-house, and according to availability, an admission is processed. Otherwise, the woman is directed toward another organization best suited for her.
